  2. Distilled White Vinegar – ¼ Cup
  3. Lemon Juice – 1 teaspoon
  4. Funnel
  5. Measuring Cup
  6. A Small Plastic Container

Directions:

1.    Put all your ingredients in one place

Gather all the ingredients including a funnel and the measuring cup. You can get a plastic container at your local store; however,if you are unable to get one, you can repurpose a small bottle that is squeezable.

2.    Create a mixture of olive oil and vinegar

3.    Squeeze in half a lemon into the mixture

Take half a lemon and squeeze it into the oil and vinegar mixture – which equals to around 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. If you do not have any lemons at home, you can take your bottled lemon juice that you bought from the market and add it to the mixture. Lemon juice is an essential ingredient as it helps in gently removing any stains from the wood while moisturizing and hydrating the surface.

4.    Wipe Away and Polish the Surface

Before putting the mixture to use, shake it well to ensure that all the ingredients have combined properly. Now add a small amount of this concoction to a soft, clean cloth and carefully polish the surface of the wood. Allow it to air dry for a few minutes, and then buff the surface using a clean, dry cloth. Once you are done with the polishing, you can store this useful mixture in the refrigerator for future use.
